I provide a variety of services all built around my depth of experience working with individuals, couples, groups and in the business sector with both large and small companies to help improve human performance and achieve personal and business objectives. These services are built around my strengths and passions

1. Relationship Coaching, including couples, families, and groups

The objective in relationship coaching is to restore faith, trust and honest communication. Sometimes trying to fix your own relationships is especially challenging because of the personal connection you have to the relationship. Also, most of us do not have tools necessary to resolve the issues associated with our own relationships.

As a trained and intuitive listener I am able to understand the problems and situations you are experiencing. Often the solutions to our relationship problems are close at hand, but we just lack the personal awareness.

If you are experiencing challenges and difficulties in your relationship(s) I can help you find solutions and paths to ease tension, stress and the emotional burdens that often accompany such situations.

2. Team Coaching or Team Building

My team building workshops are designed to create a new level of teamwork awareness, not only in management, but in every member of your team.

After gathering information about your team I create a detailed outline of the team building program I recommend. Depending on your style and current situation, your workshop may include:

  • Team building activities
  • Interactive training & exercises
  • Assessments
  • Role play
  • Facilitated group discussions

My workshops range from relatively short one-hour programs that can be included in an already-scheduled meeting or conference, to a dedicated, one or multiple-day event. My team building workshops build the spirit of teamwork by creating a teamwork experience in a different context.

You can schedule your team building workshop on-site or in an off-site location, such as a hotel, resort or meeting facility. By getting everyone out of the daily work context and into a new, teamwork-focused context, I can create a powerful experience that results in a new level of teamwork awareness and organizational change.

Once your team experiences one of our workshops, you will want to develop an ongoing team building program. I can design a program for you that will keep the energy building, consisting of:

  • Periodic team building workshops conducted by me, or by your in-house training people
  • Initiatives, assessments and tools, designed to increase awareness and accountability
  • One-on-one coaching and consulting with managers, supervisors and key members of your team
  • Training seminars and workshops to build interpersonal skills

Team building is what effective leaders do every day. They do it because they are aware of the value of teamwork, and they see how their attitudes and actions either build teamwork or break it down. When every member of your team becomes an effective leader, teamwork flourishes. Team building requires awareness, and awareness requires action.

3. Career Coaching

Self-assessment is the first step in the process of developing a marketing plan, and includes consideration of . . .

Career-related Information – an inventory of work experiences and accomplishments, education, training, licenses, honors, awards, professional memberships, community involvements and other personal career-related information;

Work Value Preferences – an identification of likes and dislikes in previous work experiences and development of criteria for choosing future career directions;

Marketable Skills – an inventory of subject matter skills and expertise as well as performance skills which you are most motivated to use; also included is identification of personal qualities which are most characteristic of your style;

Career Interests – identification of possible career directions which lead to an intentional choice of career direction. This may include both “library research” and informational interviewing to explore occupational requirements, employment outlook and assessment of salary potential.

Work/Life Goals – an identification of life goals, anticipation of life events and exploration of implications for work is also part of this process.

4. Coaching Skills Training
